dbus-1-dbg software package provides simple interprocess messaging system (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dbus-1-dbg
dbus-1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dbus-1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dbus-1-dbg *
You will get with dbus-1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
